Product Overview

The Button Plug is used in Magnetic Resonant Imaging (MRI) machines, X-ray machines, Computed Tomography (CT) machines and many other Digital Imaging (DI) devices. It comes in the front split bridge assembly with a pulley and belt arrangement in the medical diagnostic equipment. It is mainly used for sealing purposes to prevent moisture entry and protect the product from damage. It is also used to resist mechanical pullout. For installation it does not require any tools or sealants and can be disassembled easily. It is made of a high quality material, which has very good mechanical, thermal, chemical and electrical properties. It has a good machinability and handles pressures up to 290 psi (20 bar), operating temperature range of-20° C to +80° C (-4° F to +176° F), and a vacuum capability of 755 mm Hg. This plug provides for a wide array of applications in air supplying tubes. It is free from dust, burrs, sharp edges, surface blemishes, sink marks and flash marks. It is packed with a label containing relevant information about the product and a label with the shipment details. This plug is widely being used in machines like Signa Excite 3.0T, Signa Excite LX Twinspeed 1.5T, Signa HDxT HD23 Echospeed 1.5T, Signa LX Twinspeed 1.5T, 3.0T HD23 16 Channel use, 1-5T HDX Echospeed 8 Channel and many similar machines.

    Return And Exchange

    GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

    Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
